Major Repairs Start in Arden

CCG’s Roofing & Render Division have started work on a £1.3m major repairs package for Glen Oaks Housing Association. The project will see a variety of existing properties upgraded with new finishings - including new roof-coverings, replacement gutters, insulated render systems and installation of new security doors. The work is part of the Association's ongoining investment programme to ensure that their stock meets current standards.
Paul Muldoon, CCG'S Roofing & Render Divsion Manager expressed his delight at securing a new client and commencing the project: "We were really keen on this tender as the work fits well with our capabilities. We are now working closely with Glen Oaks HA to implement the works in an efficient and considerate manner"
