This £8.7m project marks another significant step in the renewal of the neighbourhood and complements investment in nearby stock and other local amenities. With ground clearance works and new infrastructure now underway the project is off to a flying start and their is much anticipation from future tenants to see the first of the new houses taking shape over the summer.
