- A portal steel framed structure with composite metal profiled cladding, providing two storey office accommodation in open plan office and enclosed offices, meeting room, welfare facilities and Manufacturing Workshop. The building includes a Biomass system which recycles timber waste and converts it into heat energy for the building complex.
