Boost For Ferguslie Park Tenants As Work Begins on Two Maintenance Contracts

Tenants of Ferguslie Park Housing Association are set to receive a boost as CCG gets underway on two planned maintenance contracts.

CCG Manufacturing and CCG Asset Management are to combine services to undertake a 53-residence bathroom replacement programme, as well as window and door replacements to 62 properties across the Ferguslie Park area.

The window and door products that are set to be installed are CCG’s own. Fabricated at the firm’s company HQ in Cambuslang, a total of 500 PVCu windows will be installed alongside 62 composite main entrance door sets.

Comprising a combined £1.2m investment, the contracts – procured via Scotland Excel – will be led by CCG Asset Management and are set to be completed within a 10 to 12-week period.
