CCG Announced as Scottish Home Awards Affordable Housebuilder of the Year

CCG (Scotland) secured three major accolades at the 2026 Scottish Home Awards (Thursday 18 June 2026), recognising the strength of its delivery, the consistency of its sustainability leadership, and the impact of its partnership-led regeneration work across Scotland.

The business was named as the inaugural winner of ‘Affordable Housebuilder of the Year’, reflecting its track record in delivering high-quality affordable homes at scale while responding to the needs of communities across Scotland.

CCG also achieved an unprecedented third consecutive win for ‘Excellence in Sustainability’, underlining its continued leadership in delivering environmentally responsible homes and advancing innovation across the housing sector.

In partnership with Caledonia Housing Association, CCG was additionally recognised for ‘Housing Regeneration Development of the Year’ for Whiteford Avenue in Bellsmyre, West Dunbartonshire.

The development is one of several phases set to be delivered in the area, helping to address local housing needs while delivering wider community benefits, including employment opportunities and youth training.

A third CCG project, St Andrews Drive Phase 2 & 3 in Pollokshields, delivered for Southside Housing Association and designed by jm architects, won ‘Social Housing Development of the Year (Over 100 Units)’, while CCG Homes, the group’s private housing division, also received a Highly Commended accolade for its West Shore development in the Starter Home of the Year category.

Central to CCG’s approach in housing delivery is partnership working, with the majority of the firm’s clients procuring projects directly as a result of its strong reputation. This, in turn, is helping to meet localised housing needs more quickly, while creating lasting economic, social, and environmental benefits.
