CCG Projects Announced as Scottish Design Awards 2026 Winners

Two CCG projects were recently announced as winners at the 29th Scottish Design Awards, a highly coveted event celebrating Scotland’s most inspiring architecture and design.

The Awards provide a national platform dedicated to work shaped by Scotland’s people, places and culture, judged by peers who understand the local context and challenges.

Among the winners was Reiach and Hall Architects, who secured a GOLD ‘Residential – Multi Unit’ award for Pine Place. The 28-home development was constructed by CCG on behalf of New Gorbals Housing Association, and is a great example of urban regeneration in one of Glasgow’s most prominent regeneration areas.

Maltings Wynd also continues to receive industry acclaim. The 78-home private housing development for igloo Regeneration forms part of the mixed-use Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan in Glasgow, and its Silver award for Climate Resilient Landscaping’, granted to Rankin Fraser, takes the project’s tally to six awards in the last 12 months, swiftly following its RTPI award win earlier in June.
