CCG Projects Reach Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2026 Final

Multiple CCG Group projects have reached the final of this year’s Herald Property Awards for Scotland.

The Awards, due to take place on 24 September, are recognised as one of the most prestigious on the Scottish property circuit, celebrating quality, sustainability and innovation in the delivery of private and affordable homes through new-build construction and retrofit.

In 2025, four CCG projects scooped a combined five awards, including two wins for the much-revered Water Row for Govan Housing Group, and wins for the ‘net zero ready’ Clydebank East and Brandon Street developments for West Dunbartonshire Council and North Lanarkshire Council respectively.

This year has once again seen CCG recognised across multiple categories, with five projects delivering a combined six nominations.

Affordable Housing Development of the Year

• Bellsmyre Regeneration – a 27-home development delivered in partnership with Caledonia Housing Association, the project is a tenant-led transformation of one of West Dunbartonshire’s most challenged post-war housing estates. The development won a Scottish Home Award earlier in the year and will be looking to secure both the Affordable Housing and Residential Regeneration Herald awards. 
• Shawbridge Arcade – delivered for Lowther, of Wheatley Group, the 75-home development has transformed a a commercial business estate in Pollokshaws, one of Glasgow’s eight designated Transformational Regeneration Areas, in the southside of the city. Shawbridge is the second of two developments to be nominated for both the Affordable Housing and Residential Regeneration Herald awards.
• Mount Pleasant – delivered on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Council, the 19-homed development is designed to address the particular housing needs of elderly people, extending the life of their tenancy and promoting long-term independent living.
• Lennox House – a land-led development in north Cumbernauld, the 46-home project was delivered entirely from land acquisition to concept, design, and construction by CCG on behalf of Sanctuary Scotland.

CCG Homes 

The private housing arm of the CCG Group, CCG Homes has been nominated for Small Family Home of the Year and Show Home of the Year for their ‘Monteith’ house type which forms part of ‘Dalmarnock Quarter’, a hugely successful 54-home project in the East End of Glasgow. Find out more HERE.
