CCG Scoops Two Homes for Scotland Awards for 2025

CCG (Scotland) was one of the big winners at this year’s Homes for Scotland Annual Lunch and Awards, after scooping two top prizes, including Homebuilder of the Year – Affordable Housing Provider.

Homes for Scotland marked its 25th anniversary at the event, hosted in Edinburgh on 30th May, which commemorates the contributions of member organisations to Scotland’s housebuilding sector and the country’s social and economic growth.

CCG was nominated across 3 categories in total, securing one of the top prizes in the form of ‘Homebuilder of the Year – Affordable Housing Provider’ which has recognised CCG’s commitment to affordable housebuilding in Scotland – a sector which makes up 85% of the Group’s annual turnover.

The Group also had three developments nominated across two categories, with the stunning Water Row securing the Affordable Housing Development of the Year (Medium) Award.

Delivered on behalf of Govan Housing Group in partnership with Collective Architecture, the 92-home development forms part of the mixed-use Water Row Masterplan in the southside of Glasgow, and was one of the city’s very first projects to use an entirely non-gas energy strategy.

CCG extends our heartfelt thanks to Hmoes for Scotland for honouring the group with such prestigious awards, as well as our clients, partners and stakeholders who have helped make it possible.
