CCG (Scotland) Named as Triple Homes for Scotland Awards Finalist

CCG (Scotland) has been named as a triple finalist for this year’s Homes for Scotland Awards.

Homes for Scotland is a membership body which engages on behalf of contractors and developers at all levels of government to help drive delivery and ensure the country’s housing needs are met.

This year’s awards programme builds on the theme of the organisation’s ‘Homes Build Futures’ campaign, designed to raise awareness of Scotland’s housing challenges.

CCG has been named across three categories, including Homebuilder of the Year (Affordable), which the company will seek to win for a third year in a row.

Two developments have also been recognised:

  • Small Development of the Year Mount Pleasant, a 19-home project delivered on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Council in Old Kilpatrick, which is specially designed to address the needs of elderly community members and extend the life of their tenancy.
  • Medium Development of the Year – Brandon Street, a 48-home project delivered on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council in Motherwell, comprising a mix of 42 new build homes and the 6-unit conversion of a B-Listed former YMCA building.

The Homes for Scotland Annual Lunch and Awards event is set to take place on 15 May at the EICC in Edinburgh.
