Over 500 guests attended the awards on Thursday 25 September, which recognised some of Scotland’s best developments from the private and affordable sectors.
Continuing its award-winning streak was Water Row, a development of 92 low-carbon mid-market rent apartments delivered by CCG on behalf of Govan Housing Group. This year’s only double-award winner took home the Best Regeneration (Residential) and Sustainable Community Impact awards, bringing the total number of gongs won in 2025 to six.
A further two CCG developments won their first awards of the year, in the form of Clydebank East and Brandon Street. Delivered on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Council and North Lanarkshire Council, respectively, these pioneering projects were announced as Affordable Housing Development of the Year and Conversion of the Year, with the latter granted to Brandon Street for the stunning conversion of a former B-listed YMCA building.
Innovation in Sustainable Construction Design was the final prize won on the night, which was granted to igloo Regeneration and Carbon Futures for Maltings Wynd, the second of two phases of residential development delivered by CCG in Dundashill.
CCG Managing Director David Wylie, said: “These awards are a tremendous recognition of the quality and innovation delivered by CCG across a wide variety of projects. From large-scale community regeneration to the careful restoration of heritage assets, our success reflects the breadth of our capabilities, the strength of partnership working, and our unwavering commitment to sustainable, future-focused construction.
“Celebrating the very best in design, regeneration and placemaking, we thank the Herald Property Awards for Scotland for recognising the pivotal role CCG is playing in delivering all-tenure housing across the country, where we are creating great places and leaving a lasting, positive impact on our communities and the environment.”
CCG warmly congratulate all of our clients and consultancy partners who were recognised on the evening.
