Nine CCG Developments Reach Herald Property Awards 2025 Finals

Eight developments delivered by CCG (Scotland) have reached the finals of this year’s Herald Property Awards for Scotland.

For more than 20 years, this ceremony “has been the highlight of the year for developers, estate agents and those involved in transforming Scotland’s housing and commercial landscape.”

The Herald Property Awards have remained the only one of their kind where every single property and development is visited in person by two members of the panel of distinguished judges.

A total of 18 project nominations are spread across five categories, commemorating our organisation’s work in the affordable and private housing sectors as well as our approach and commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Among the candidates vying for a win on September 25th is the already quadruple award-winning Water Row, as well as Western Villages, which is nominated for four awards, including Development of the Year.
