CCG (Scotland) is delighted to announce that four of its developments have been shortlisted across three categories at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Scotland Housing Awards 2026.
Recognised as one of the housing sector’s most prestigious events, the annual awards celebrate excellence, innovation and best practice in the delivery of homes and neighbourhoods across Scotland.
Delivered in partnership with local authorities and housing providers, each scheme demonstrates a shared commitment to creating high-quality places where people and communities can thrive.
Excellence in Development for Affordable Housing

The 111-home scheme at Hallglen has been recognised for successfully combining contemporary affordable housing with the sensitive restoration of a historic farmhouse.
Alongside high-quality new-build homes, the carefully restored farmhouse has been converted into modern apartments, preserving an important local landmark while creating a vibrant new neighbourhood.
Excellence in Regeneration and Sustainability
Delivered in partnership with West Dunbartonshire Council.
Located in Bonhill, the 17-home project has played an important role in the area’s ongoing regeneration, replacing vacant land with modern, energy-efficient homes that contribute to the long-term renewal of the local community.
Delivered in partnership with Lowther, part of Wheatley Group.
Shawbridge Arcade transformed a prominent brownfield site in Pollokshaws into 75 affordable homes, supporting the regeneration of one of Glasgow’s designated Transformational Regeneration Areas through the creation of a sustainable new neighbourhood.
Excellence in Accessibility and Inclusion
Delivered in partnership with West Dunbartonshire Council.
Designed to meet a diverse range of housing needs, the 19-home development promotes independent living through accessible, thoughtfully designed homes that place wellbeing, inclusivity and long-term adaptability at their heart.
Being shortlisted across three award categories reflects CCG’s commitment to creating homes that respond to the changing needs of Scotland’s communities. From restoring historic buildings and regenerating brownfield sites to delivering accessible, future-focused housing, each project demonstrates the value of strong collaboration between clients, consultants, local authorities and project teams. Together, these partnerships are helping to deliver homes that not only meet today’s housing needs but create lasting benefits for residents, neighbourhoods and communities across Scotland.
The winners of the CIH Scotland Housing Awards 2026 will be announced in November 2026.
