MORRISON COMMUNITY CARE

Forming an important part of CCG’s Land & Development programme is the delivery of luxury care homes in partnership with the nationally-recognised provider and developer, Morrison Community Care Group.

CCG has worked on behalf of the multi-award-winning care provider since 2017, and we have since delivered nine purpose-built developments and over 500 much-needed beds for the elderly (65+) located across central Scotland.

Morrison Community Care (CCG) Holdo Ltd is an innovative joint venture company set up in 2021.

A unique concept, each care home is undertaken on a full Design and Build basis whereby CCG collaborates closely with the appointed Design Team members to ensure, from the ground up, the accommodation is tailored to the needs of the residents and staff whilst being delivered at best value for National Operators and Investors.

CCG advantages the delivery of each project thanks to CCG’s fully integrated group structure with full construction services complemented by the offsite manufacture of timber systems and the manufacture of our own windows and doors, flooring installation, M&E, and multi-utilities, combining to provide a ‘whole’ service and one chain of responsibility to achieve industry-leading quality and energy performance standards.

Morrison Community Care’s leading-edge understanding of modern care services is crucial to the design; each care home has advanced infection control measures and is finished with a luxury specification as standard. Each project also creates a legacy of 100+ job roles.
