Calum Murray - Director

Calum is a Director of CCG (Scotland) Ltd specialising in land acquisition and urban regeneration. He has successfully led the delivery of many projects across the private and affordable housing sectors and was a founding member and director of City Legacy – the consortium responsible for the 2014 Commonwealth Games Athletes’ Village.

In 2018, he helped to successfully relaunch CCG’s private housing brand, CCG Homes, most recently bringing Edinburgh’s first-ever operational net zero carbon housing development to the market in the form of the 56-home ‘West Shore’.

An Honours Graduate in Town & Country Planning, Calum has worked in housing and construction for over 30 years joining CCG in 2001.
