Steven Earlie - Managing Director, CCG (OSM) Ltd

Steven is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and Managing Director of the Group’s Offsite Manufacturing facility, CCG OSM. He has been with CCG for over 20 years and is responsible for process management and business development.

Steven’s work has led to the ongoing enhancement of CCG’s capabilities in offsite construction technology including the development of the ‘iQ’ Timber System which is currently being used to support the delivery of over 1000 homes per year. His capabilities have helped advance CCG’s offsite offering to become one of the most advanced available anywhere in the UK.
