Supporting up to 100 jobs, the purpose-built development offers up to 54 ensuite bedrooms for residents over the age of 65 who are each supported by specialist staff delivering round-the-clock residential, nursing and dementia care services.
This expert clinical support is complemented by an environment that is designed to maximise comfort and mitigate the spread of viruses.
Each resident has their own en-suite bedroom alongside access to a wide range of integrated amenities, including dining rooms and a visitor’s café served by professionally trained chefs, as well as a hair salon, cinema room, champagne bar, private family spaces, and landscaped gardens complete with a putting green.
Designed by Holmes Miller and supported by Cowal Design and Design Me, the project is one of nine care homes delivered by CCG (Scotland) on behalf of Morrison Community Care Group since 2017, and the fourth to be handed over since the commencement of a pioneering joint venture initiative in 2021.
The full extent of CCG’s in-house divisions is deployed to deliver each care home, encompassing construction; the manufacture of timber systems, windows, and doors; all utility and M&E installations; and flooring—supporting the full delivery of Glencorse Care Home within an 18-month programme, with first occupancy in October 2025.
