Building Futures

West Shore, Edinburgh

West Shore is Edinburgh’s first-ever ‘net zero ready’ private housing development, forming part of the 444-home Western Villages Masterplan in north Edinburgh.

Western Villages is the flagship project of the £1.3bn Granton Waterfront Regeneration. Delivered by CCG (Scotland) in partnership with The City of Edinburgh Council, the homes are designed to an operational net-zero carbon standard, featuring zero-emissions heating provided by a pioneering combined air source heat pump system, along with triple glazing. Together, these measures help meet both current and future legislative requirements, offering a unique proposition to homebuyers and investors.

‘West Shore’ is one of five apartment blocks that make up the 15-acre masterplan, with 56 one and two-bedroom apartments contained within a crescent-shaped building reaching up to six storeys, advantaged by both the immediacy of Forthquarter Park, and proximity to the waterfront.

CCG Homes has led sales in partnership with Rettie New Homes since 2024, with only a small number of properties now remaining.
