Scotland Housing Awards 2025 Shortlists Eight CCG Projects

The Scotland Housing Awards 2025 shortlist has been unveiled, and no less than eight CCG projects will be vying for a prize.

Led by the Chartered Institute of Housing, the awards recognise the “remarkable teams and dedicated professionals who have continued to demonstrate a real commitment to the housing sector and deliver vital services and support to communities throughout the nation.”

Among this year’s nominees are the quadruple-award-winning Water Row, which continues to receive industry acclaim; a double nomination for Mount Pleasant —a recently completed amenity housing development in Old Kilpatrick; and a nod for Pappert, a development that includes West Dunbartonshire Council’s first-ever Passivhaus-accredited homes.
