Shawbridge Arcade Wins Herald Property Award

The Herald Property Awards for Scotland were held yesterday evening [24/09/26], with CCG (Scotland)’s Shawbridge Arcade securing one of the top prizes.

The awards are one of the most celebrated in the Scottish property sector. Over 70 projects reached this year’s finals, and CCG Group featured across multiple categories, eventually securing Affordable Housing Development of the Year in partnership with Wheatley Group and Coltart Earley.

Shawbridge Arcade is a £15m development located in Pollokshaws, one of Glasgow’s designated Transformational Regeneration Areas (TRAs). The project involved the transformation of rundown commercial premises into 75 mid-market rent homes for Lowther and was formally completed earlier this year.
