Three CCG Projects Reach RICS Finals

The RICS UK Awards showcase ‘the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure, recognising outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies’.

This year marks the first time the awards have operated on a fully national format, with outstanding projects from across the UK set to be showcased at the London-based awards ceremony on 18 October.

Since the start of the year, CCG and four of our developments have secured a combined ten awards, commending our approach to delivering high-quality affordable homes, how we are addressing the carbon agenda, and helping tackle fuel poverty.

Three regular 2025 nominees will now be competing at a UK-national level for the first time, including:

Water Row is already a four-time award winner, and the 92-home development, delivered for Govan Housing Group in collaboration with Collective Architecture, will be vying for the Residential Development prize.

Granton Station View is a 75-home ‘net zero ready’ development that was delivered as part of the Edinburgh Home Demonstrator programme (now recognised as the Regional Delivery Alliance) for The City of Edinburgh Council, and it will be competing in the Environmental Impact award category.

Competing alongside both projects will be Western Villages. At 444 mixed-tenure homes, it is Scotland’s largest ‘net zero ready’ development, which is being delivered in partnership with The City of Edinburgh Council, and is due for completion later this year.
