The Scottish Design Awards, established in 1998, are one of the country’s most prestigious and long-standing award bodies that shine a “spotlight on countless brilliant projects, exceptional designs, and extraordinary talents of the very best in Scottish design, architecture, and creativity.”
Several CCG projects were nominated, with Maltings Wynd scooping the GOLD award in the Residential (Multi-Unit) and Client of the Year (Architecture) categories.
The project comprises 78 homes for sale that form part of the Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan in north Glasgow, and this award is the second to have been granted to igloo Regeneration, Stallan Brand, and Ann Nisbet Studio in as many weeks after their success in winning the Scottish Home Award for Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) on 19th June.
Water Row, another Scottish Home Award winner, was also granted the SILVER award for Affordable Housing, representing the fourth award the 92-home development has secured in 2025 so far.
The project was delivered by CCG for Govan Housing Group in partnership with Collective Architecture, and is the first residential development of the multi-phase, mixed-use Water Row Masterplan.
