Customer Care Assistant

CCG is one of Scotland’s largest privately owned construction and manufacturing groups, and we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Care team based at our company HQ in Cambuslang.

The successful candidate will be required to make appointments and arrange the schedule of works, keeping the tenant/ homeowner updated on any changes. You would also be required to book the schedule of works with the relevant trade/subcontractor to ensure we meet our client, tenant and homeowner requirements.

SALARY: DOE
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.00pm. Core flexible hours available.
LOCATION: CCG (Scotland) Ltd, 1 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow G342 8NB. This is an office-based role.
STATUS: Permanent

THE ROLE

  • Liaise with tenants/ homeowners regarding any outstanding items that need attention since moving into their new home.
  • Deal with tenants’ / homeowners’ complaints.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys on completion of works.
  • Arrange access with tenants and trades.

SKILLS

  • Know about working with the general public.
  • Patient and courteous manner.
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
